About The Project

This project consisted of the supply and installation of a new cool room which connected to a new freezer room.

  • Supply and installation of a 3675mmL x 2350mmW x 2600mmL coolroom which joined to a 2700mmL x 2350mmW x 2600mmH freezer room, constructed from 75mm and 150mm insulated sandwich panel consisting of a pre finished 0.6mm steel skin for all wall and ceiling panels.
  • One sliding panel door was installed for entry into the coolroom and another for entry into the freezer room. Both doors were installed with alarm bells and manual release pins for safety and heated frames.
  • Flooring for both rooms consisted of 150mm sandwich panel with an epoxy food grade seal overlay.
  • The refrigeration systems for these rooms were made up of a medium temperature Evo condensing unit paired with a medium temperature Cabero evaporator for the coolroom and a low temperature Evo condensing unit paired with a low temperature Cabero condensing unit for the freezer room.

A HE90 beer chiller with associated parts to produce a 3 tap beer system was also supplied and installed direct for The Groove Train along with two Zip chilled tap water systems. (Cost not included in the above price range)
