About The Project

This project involved the supply and installation of a keg coolroom and an 8 tap beer system for the new Stone House Wine Bar.

Keg Coolroom

  • A 3000mmL x 2400mmW x 2400mmH keg coolroom was supplied and installed. The room was constructed with panel made from 100mm off white permaguard colorbond CRP consisting of a pre finished 0.6mm steel skin bonded to a core of EPS grade polystyrene foam.
  • One sliding panel door was included in the construction of the room, along with panel flooring which was covered in a 1.2mm checker plate overlay.
  • The keg coolroom refrigeration system consisted of an ACPAC packaged condensing unit, a Cabero medium temperature evaporator and a Mastercella controller.

Beer System

  • An 8 tap beer system was supplied and installed and consisted of an 8-way matte back fount and Bevelled stainless steel drip tray.
  • Also included in the beer system installation was a Lancer glycol chiller, an ACPAC packaged condensing unit, a BEV81 air compressor and a CO2 washout system.
