About The Project

This project involved the supply and installation of one new cool room.

  • Supply and installation of one 3410mmL x 2200mmW x 2700mmH cool room which was assembled from 100mm off white permaguard colorbond CRP consisting of a pre finished 0.6mm steel skin bonded to a core of SL grade polystyrene foam for all wall and ceiling panels.
  • The room was built with a sliding panel door which was fitted with a manual alarm bell for operation during emergencies and a manual release pin to allow the door to be opened if locked internally.
  • A 75mm concrete slab floor was laid and was topped with an epoxy paint overlay.
  • The refrigeration system installed consisted of an Evo medium temperature condensing unit, a Cabero medium temperature evaporator and a Carel controller.
  • This room also included the supply and installation five runs of 4 tier, galvanised, 4 post style, ABS Real Tuff, Mantova storage shelves.
